IE7 & HP Director

I am having trouble running the HP Director on my new printer (HP7410) and I
did not have any trouble when I had the old HP6310 installed and updated to
IE7. Unfortunately, I uninstalled the old printer and all programs before I
installed the new printer. Now I can't get the Director to work at all. I
have reinstalled the printer about 4 times now. I can get the Director
program to show up on the desktop but when I try to run it, I get the error
"xmlparse.dll not found..." Any help on this would be most appreciated.
