ie6 won't load some pages

I have xp home and all updates (well, may be a month
behind on updates, but so are the rest of the computers
mentioned below) I installed norton internet securities
about a week ago, got all of the updates and scanned,
also scanned w/spybot today. All of the sudden my puter
will not load certain pages, like my bank statement. And
the other 2 computers in my home will, meaning the pages
are valid and the server is working. If I right click on
the link on this computer it says "a conn w/the server
could not be established" As far as I know I haven't
changed anything since it worked well. It only happens on
certain pages, I can cruise the net pretty well
otherwise. I tried deleting temp internet files including
all cookies and going to Tools>Inet Options>Programs and
reset to the orig. settings and none of that worked. I
tried to update windows and when I hit the "scan for
updates" button I get an error msg. What should I do?
Thanks,
DR
