IE6 Uninstall Causing Boot Problems in WinME

Well, I thought Internet Explorer was just another program that I could
kill through Add/Remove...but after I chose the "Restore to Previous
Version" option, Windows ME did not boot correctly after the
restart...it's hanging after loading the taskbar. I can't boot to Safe
Mode correctly either. I've tried booting from disk, but don't know
where to go after getting the command prompt. Any help appreciated.

Yours is a WinME problem, not an IE6 problem. Post to this WinME-specific
