ie6 shuts down when I click on a form button

The ie error box pops up and says ie needs to shut down
when I try to click on submit or press enter to submit
data. I've noticed that this tends to happen when the
input type is hidden. The details given in the error box
give the offest address but mod name is unknown. I ran
hijackthis and adaware earlier today thinking that it was
adware/hijackware but the problem persists. OS is Win 98.
Please help.

Problem solved. Hijackthis CWShredder, and Adaware failed
to detect a bad .dll file in my c:\windows\system\
directory. It was lsd_f3.dll. If it's on your computer
it might be wise to delete it.
