ie6 shuts down on websites

ie6 shutsdown on certain websites. i open the website page and it starts to
load then unexpectedly shuts down completely and will not load the website
have to restart ie6 ll over again i run norton antivirus with norton internet
security, updated all of the xp2 security checks and ghostsurf premium 2005

i run spyware at least once a week i have three diffrent programs that i use
i think my problem has to do with the sp2 update and maybe active x controls
i have disabled all of my firewall programs and antivirus too but that doesnt
seem to help the shutdowns only happen on specific websites and is consistent
with the above websites

Don't run without a firewall.
Anti-spyware programs should be updated before each use.
Did you post your hijackThis log to one of the proper forums (not here)?
