A quick question:
Does XP store your Internet Explorer settings (ie. Security, Privacy,
Content etc.) in a single 'ini' type file?

I'm setting up a web application at work and would like to be able to aend
this file to everyone concerned.

Thanks in advance!

No. Settings are stored in the registry.
