IE6 problem with eBay web site

I am running Windows XP Pro (build 2600 SP1),
and IE 6 (build 6.00 2800 1106).
I have been having the following problem with the eBay web site:

1. I enter a search, which returns a list of results.
2. I click on one of the items and view it.
3. I press my browser's "back" button to return to the search results.
4. I click on another item.
5. My browser will not allow me to view any additional items,
no matter how many items I click on.

If I close the browser instance and re-launch the browser, I can repeat
these
steps with the same results. . .successful search, successful viewing of one
item, inability to view any further items.

I used a separate program (Proxomitron) to view the HTTP headers, and I have
included them below. Nothing looks different between the second and third
request. The eBay server simply won't return results (or my browser is
refusing to handle them for some reason).

Any ideas? This is driving me nuts.
