IE6 Personalized Favorites Menu

I cannot enable personalized favs in IE6.
I checked the box in advanced options, looked for the NoInstrumentation
entry in the registry. No effect.

My OS is WinXP SP2

Don't know what you're expecting in the registry. Here's the registry
information you're looking for:

It can take awhile for the effect to become apparent as you use your
Favorites menu over time.
