IE6 page loading problem

I have a computer running XP service pack 2. About 2 weeks ago IE became
very slow to load msn.com ( home page ) Last week it would only load half
the page and just sit there. Now, it won't load at all.

It's on a home network on cable modem, and the other computer works fine

Any ideas would be appreciated.
