ie6 - loads old website pages

on my computer, ie keeps on loading old web pages and you
have to refresh to load the new page mostly every single
time. any ideas??? thanks
 
Tools>Internet Options>General Tab. In the Temporary Internet files box
click on Settings>Check for newer versions of pages>Choose the automatic
setting.
