IE6 links not Mximized

Hi,

I got the info on how to tell my IE quicklaunch icon to always open
maximized. That works great.

Now, is there a way to make it so anytime I click on a link or hit
CTRL-N for new window that I will also get a maximized window?
 
Does anyone know how to ensure a new window (CTRL-N) or link is opened
in maximized size?
