IE6 launch error

Originally had Windows ME installed on my PC but couldn't
launch IE due to an error related to Kernel32.dll.
Instead I was having to access the Internet using
Netscape, which was working fine.

Recently, I upgraded to Windows XP Professional and now
Netscape doesn't work either!! When I try to launch IE6,
the details in the error report refer to an error
concerning iefeatsl.dll.

Any advice??
