IE6 Freezing continuosly - PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been having a problem with IE freezing for about 3weeks. Everytime I
try to do anything at some point IE freezes and I have to end task and in
some cases completely shut down my computer. I have WINXP and IE6. I design
websites online and
can't work due to this problem. Please help.
