IE6/Firefox Favorites/Bookmarks sync

Hi guys,
I'm slowly changing over for IE to FF as my main browser. Is there anything
out there that wil synchronize Favorites in IE and Bookmarks in FF with a
single click or automatically?
I'm on dialup and constantly save links in NG's with a right-click to my
Favorites folder to check at a later stage. I then have to import them in
FF. It's a bit of a drag IMHO ;-)
TIA

I use 'Plain Old Favorites' - it simply duplicates you IE faves menu
in Firefox.
It's not quite as functional as IE's fave menu - for example, you
can't move faves up and down the list on the fly.

You can find it on the Firefox extensions page, though last time I
looked I had to do a search for it.
I'm using 1.07, and although POF isn't listed as being compatible I
don't seem to have any problems.

Move all over to FF bookmarks.html. It's the proper way to store
bookmarks.

The hell it is. One cross-linked cluster or misbehaving bookmark extension
and all your sites are gone. Storing each site as a separate Favorite file
is one of Micro$oft's better ideas, and I use the Plain Old Favorites
extension that Steve H suggested so that I can continue to use them.

(Yes, I've lost my Mozilla bookmarks in the past. I'm still a little sore
about it...can you tell?)

Jim,
You might want to simply back up your bookmark file in a folder of
your choice, then create two batch files with shortcuts. One batch file
overwrites the backup with the copy in your profile folder, the other
does the reverse. Also, back up the backup to CD once in a while. This
system has prevented me from losing bookmarks for many years.
