IE6 error and shuts down

I just recently started getting an error message while
using IE^. Evertime the file that is sent to Microsoft is
C:\DOCUME~1\MICHAE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER464.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt
but the WER### changes. What can I do to fix this?
