Run CWShredder from
http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads/CWShredder.zip
It's been the most helpful with this problem.
Note: the usual download site for CWShredder would be merijn.org That site
is currently experiencing a denial of service attack.
You may need to follow up with Ad-aware and/or Spybot S&D. Both programs
should be updated after installation- before use.
