IE6 Closes on download

This problem started happening on a Win2003sp1 terminal server.

Any site you try to download a file, IE closes immediately.
In the event log:
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module
urlmon.dll, version 6.0.3790.2564, fault address 0x00017321.

Tried sfc /scannow - did not fix the problem.

Tried resetting IE6 settings to default Looked for download managers -
couldn't find any.

Any ideas?

Fixed it!!!!

The problem was found by running Filemon from www.sysinternals.com.

During the Filemon log, just as a file was downloaded and IE crashed, there
was another program installed that also had a file called 'URLMON.DLL' that
was registered as well in the registry.
When I renamed this file, everything worked as it should.
