IE6 close by itsleft

I had this problem for quite some days now.

I did a full format. Didn't install any software except SP2

The problem appear again.

IE just close itselt, no error message.

Don't know what to do now.
 
I've installed the VM

doesn't correct the problem

Tried every scanner, no virus, no spyware.

When I open the windows update page the IE always close.

Looking for more solution
