IE6 clearing address memory

When I enter a www. address into IE^ address bar it
brings up choices of other addresses that I have entered
in the past .
How do I clear this memeory and how do I make it so it
doesnt remember them?

Go under Tools, Internet options and hit the clear

history button. The set history to zero days.

Simply go to tools>internet options, then click the "clear
history" button. Under the "Content" tab, there is
an "AutoComplete" button(this is what actually puts the
addresses under the adress bar). You can turn that off so
that it doesn't happen anymore.
