IE6 "bounces" back and forth between 2 URLs; won't load site

IE6 works fine for me on almost all sites, but in the last 2 days, 2 sites
won't load. IE just keeps bouncing back and forth between two URLs - each
one seems to redirect it to the other and it's an endless loop of bouncing
back and forth, and never loading the site I want.

One site was www.moca-la.org and the other was
www.americanexpress.com/rewards.

I've disabled Zone Alarm Pro and Pop-Up Cop, and allowed cookies for those
sites, but nothing seems to help.

Any idea why it makes a "redirect loop" for these two sites?

T. Wise,
The 1st link appears to be a flash test, but the coding on the page is
faulty.
I end up here: (with a blank page)
http://www.moca-la.org/org/moca/flash_test.inc.php?pageBefore=/index.php

The 2nd link *requires* Cookies, if you deny them it cycles between:
https://www99.americanexpress.com/m...ttps://www.membershiprewards.com/Process.aspx
[and]
https://www.membershiprewards.com/ProcessRedirect.aspx?url=HomePage.aspx

Enabling cookies did it. Thanks, Mike, very much!
