IE6 and Windows 2000 SP4

I've noticed since the update the URL history list when opened from the
address bar of IE6 takes about 15 secs to open. Once opened once it opens as
normal until IE6 is closed.
Anybody else noticed this or is it just me.

I've noticed IE to be a lot slower in general since installing SP4. So much
so I'm considering shopping around for a new web browser. Might give Opera
a look over. Everyone's claiming the latest version is really good - and
fast...
