IE6 and printing

I have had this problem for years. IE6, when printing a
web page, always cuts off the URL and the date along the
bottom margin of the page. This has happened with
previous versions of IE and on many different
computers/operating systems/printers. I have tried
everything I know to do, and nothing has helped. I use
Win XP. Is there any way to fix this problem?
