IE6 404 message

hi,

I am having a problem with IE6 where it displays "error 404 - We are sorry
but the requested page could not be found.".

Now the page is actually xml and xsl parsed to produce an SVG map of the UK
with offices plotted using their osX and osY co-ordinates.

Due to the large number of offices being plotted we are, I must admit,
assuming (dangerous in IT I know but needs must and alll that) that IE is
running out of memory.

So, to try and eliminate this, I need to find out if there is a way of
increasing the amount of memory allocated to IE6. i.e. a registry setting
that can be amended?

Any information would be appreciated.

First does this site external or internal for the Company?.
If it external, it means the page is unreachable or you don't have
permissions to access this site.
Does it happen on all machines or one machines?.
If you mean by out of memory the Temporary internet files size you can
increase this from the IE properties under General >> click Settings and you
can increase/decrease the size there.

Hi Nass,

This is an internal web site and it happens on all machines. I'll increase
the limit for the TIF and see if that make a difference.

Cheers,
