A few days back i`ve installes a search programme & it`s
setup a new toolbar on my IE.I`ve uninstalled the
programme as well as tried to remove this by right
clicking but can`t do it.Pls help.

Sounds like you are going to have to go to the website
that that toolbar came from. I come across a lot of those
toolbars at work. You have to go to their site to
uninstall the app , and they ask you like 5000 times if
you really really want to uninstall the app.

You've installed some sort of spyware. You probably have other similar
crud on the hard drive, too. Get rid of it with Spybot Search & Destroy
from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be
sure to update those programs before running them, and they work best
if you run them in Safe Mode.
