Ok below is the answer I got im using xp is it still ok
to do what i said ??? And here is a link someone sent me
which does no good I can make heads or tails of that one

When ever i open my IE internet explorer it says Internet

explorer has incountered a problem send report and
close .If I ingore it i can still surf. But this is
happening every time. Cand I uninstall IE and reinstall
without losing info ? I dont have my disk , I do but cant
find it so I cant do a repair. Thanks in advance !

what o/s you using?? if your using win98 then go into

add/remove in your control panel.look for i.e and go to
remove.a screen will come up and ask to repair ....then
hit repair.and i hope this helps you....

You cannot uninstall IE. However what you can do is go to
www.microsoft.com/downloads in the first drop down select
internet explorer. The first option that should comup in
the list is IE6 with sp1. Downlaod that and reinstall.

Hi Brian ,
I already tried that and it didnt fix the problem the
Microsoft Help and Support Center has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. Its still poping up all the time !! Is
there something else i can do maybe ??? Thanks Brian !
