IE won't work without a proxy.

I'm currently using a proxy, but when I disable it my
internet can't connect to sites. Earlier today I wasn't
having this problem, any suggestions?

Take a look at your settings in Tools | Internet Options, click on the
Connection tab, then click on either the Settings button (for dialup)
or the LAN Settings (for LAN connections). There may be a checkbox
that is clicked, that needs to be unclicked.
