Using XP home edition, IE 6 won't connect to the web. The problem started when I installed Ghost. I removed Ghost but IE still does not work. The Ghost help line is of no help. Ghost was working, but when I tried to do an online update from Turbotax, the update would not work. IE has Service Pack 1 installed. I tried to reset all of IE by using restore defaults, where I could, in the internet options tool. Normally I use AOL and Netscape for web access and these work properly. However, Turbotax and Quicken apparently use IE and, in my system, IE currently does not work. My XP is up to date and I run Norton antivirus which is also up to date. My system is a Sony 2.4G with an 160GB hard drive and 512K memory

Do I have to reinstall IE or what? If so how do I reinstall IE

Thanks.
