IE Won't Auto Refresh

I checked the option to have IE look for updated versions
every visit to a page, but I still get pages from
memory. I have to Refresh to see a current page. Help!!!

I just made an upgrade from IE5.5 to IE6.0. Now I have a problem, that I. E.
is not working with any HTML tag:
e.g.<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=/....">
Answer: I found it.
In the IE-Options->security, I had to allow "META REFRESH".
