IE Windows close on their own

I bought my wife a VAIO PCV-RS322 two weeks ago, and since
day one, when she logs on and visits IE websites, her
windows often close without reason -- sometimes within
minutes, and sometimes within hours. No matter how many
windows are open, they all close together. However, when
that happens, if she is running other programs such as
Word, these programs are not affected.

When I am logged on, this never happens.

She runs Chinese programs and visit Chinese websites,
which I don't. Could either of these issues be the cause
of the website shutdowns?

Hi,
From Internet Options> Advanced... uncheck "Enable third party browser
extensions." If this helps, you should be looking for a parasite.
