IE Toolbars

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to get my IE to keep the settings
and configuration of the toolbars at the top?
I set mine up to look a certain way, i.e. with the links
visable next to "help" and Google and the Address line
sharing the same line. However everytime I close Explorer
and log off and then log back on - everything is back to
default.

Any one have an idea?
