IE taken over by wabu.com

pls help! my browser won't load - I get a blank screen
but the Microsoft IE perimeter- when I eneter another web
address it stays blue highlighted and won't load. I can't
even correct my home page in Internet Connections back to
yahoo (when I did yesterday, it reverted today to this
wabu.com)-- when I type in a web address it starts to load
wabu.com/passthrough/indexhtml?http://yahoo.sbc.com.dial,
but then stops and goes blank. This is also the address
showing in my home page on itnernet options. Yesterday
Yahoo helped me delete cookies and internet history and it
worked for awhile but now has reverted to same problem.
Was my browser invaded and disabled by this wabu.com?
