IE Startup

When I launch IE, another web site, 028688.tjdo.com also
starts. Looking into my "Home page" I find this site
listed before the desired home page. If I use the "Use
Current " button to change to the proper site, after a
couple launches, the unwanted site returns.
My question is how do I eleminate this site, it contains
material that i do not find acceptable for my children.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
