IE starts always in chromeless mode

My Internet Explorer 6.0 starts always in chromeless mode (no toolbar,
address- and statusbar, only the titlebar is visible). I found no way
to enable the hidden bars with control keys or changes in Control
Panel -> Internet Options.

Any ideas?

Hi Micare,

Not sure what you mean. Does pressing F11 cure the problem?

No!

F11 toggles only between fullscreen mode (gray toolbar on top) and normal view.
My window isn't maximized and i have only a blue titlebar, nothing else.
