IE Start Page - Advanced Tools Issue

1. Cannot set a different Internet Explorer start page
via Advanced Tools --> System Tools --> System Explorers -
-> IE Settings --> Change URL/Page. Always reverts to
previous Start Page setting.
2. Advanced Tools --> System Tools --> Browser Restore;
Start Page is changed to http://www.msn.com regardless of
or without asking/requesting to confirm change to
original settings.

here the same issue!

You can only change it in the Normal Internet options in the Control panel.
