IE SP1

When i tried to download IE SP1 from Windows Update, it would not download.
Someone by the name of S.Sengupta gave me the link to download it from
(thanks for that) I clicked the link, downloaded Internet Explorer SP1
(Q832894.EXE), saved it to my computer but when i tried to open it i
recieved the msg; "Q832894.EXE is not a valid WIN32 application" What does
that mean and why will it not load????

Q832894.EXE is an update to IE6. You need Internet Explorer 6 SP1 to have installed.
