IE shutting down

I have tried many times to use a web site called housecall
which does free online virus scan and removal. But
everytime I try to download the information I get the
message IE has encountered a problem and must close. Any
help is greatley appreciated. Thanks

Try a different browser. You can have many installed on your PC. Often
you need them.
