ie script error

i have norton security 2006 installed on my laptop, my problem is that
i cannot access the internet unless i turn off security. also when i
click on personal firewall and click programs i get a internet explorer
script error.

Ive downloaded all the updates, scanned the hard drive for viruses.

before i was using macfee, i removed it per installing norton security,
ive been to the norton website and can't find a solution.

I would appreciate some help this is driving me nuts... thanks in
advance....

You could try Symantec's Live Chat service.

The error could have something to do with a bad Liveupdate, and you may
have to un- and reinstall NIS.
