Script error in Outlook Express stops printing

Hi

I am getting a script error when trying to print any messages from Outlook
express. The message says the following:-

An error has occurred in the script on this page!!

Line: 1344
Char 1
Error Unspecified
Code 0
URL res://C:\windows\sys32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? I am also running McAfee
security suite 2005

TIA
Andy

Try this...

Start | Run | Type or paste:

regsvr32 iepeers.dll

Click OK.

OE uses IE's print engine.

If registering iepeers.dll doesn't help, see this also...

Does it fix it if you close IE and Outlook Express and then click on start >
run > type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" without the quotes > press enter?

Yes that has fixed it. Many Thanks. What had happened/Caused it??

Andy

Darned if I know the cause. Just the fix. I would suspect that the DLL had
become either unregistered or corrupted due to one reason or another. I'd
consider a malware scan at this point.
