IE "save picture as"

In INternet Explorer, when I select "Save Picture As ..." the box is
displayed in thumbnails.

I'd like it to be displayed as details.

How do Imake this happen?
 
You need to go to the folder which is being opened, most
likely "my pictures" from "my documents", find this
folder outside of IE, as in through your desktop, then
select "view" and then "details" it should solve the
problem you are having

While saving the picture " Click on VIEW menu (you can find it out o
top right side) Select Details and save it.
