IE requirements for .Net 2003 app

I am trying to determine the min required version of IE on
the client machine when developing .Net 2003 apps?
 
I believe you'll need IE6 to have fully correct features in the Web Forms
designers. Last I tried (betas), it *worked* with IE5.5, but the web forms
designer had some issues.
