IE problems

hi,

I recently had to install a new motherboard but since then
my IE has a problem with 468x60pixel images not being
displayed properly, it works fine if I'm uploading to the
server via ftp address but when it comes to viewing it on
the http page it hasn't a clue, I deleted temp internet
files but that didn't help, what can I do?
