I cannot change my homepage in IE. this is on my laptop
computetr that is setup for a school network. When i open
Internet options it gives me this message :
This operations has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
admin. I an an admnin on this computer but not on the
network. Is there a way i can fix this? Plz send a reply
to my email as well. thx
