IE Problem

at the moment everytime i click on the IE icon to open up
a new window, instead of opening up a new one, it just
refreshes the old one, thus i lose whatever page i was on
previously.

the only way i can get multiple pages is by opening up
other folders like My Documents or My Comp.

also if im on a site that has pop ups, that also gets rid
of the page i was on.

if anyone knows what the problem is and can help me fix
it, ill greatly appreciate it!

Brego,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for
launching shortcuts."

And... if you have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows (ads)
you may have to disable it. Yahoo companion and Google toolbar have this
feature. Look at any other program that may be preventing new windows.

With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.
