IE-problem-needs2close(mshn.dll)

When try to finalize a transfer transaction while in on-
line bank account I get the following ie error:
"Microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close....."
Error report starts with this info.:
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: mshn.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0.
Offset: 0000a3aa

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix!!??

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
