Hi,
I have 2 major problems with IE 6 now.

1) It continuosly keep allowing these pop-ups to appear at
my screen. I know some of the websites have these pop-ups
but with IE it is generating a tons of pop-ups even at my
comapny's intranet home page. It just remembers all the
pop-up links I guess. I installed a search toolbar that
has an option of disabling all pop-ups globally. The same
utility works very well in Netscape but in IE it just sits
there doing nothing. And the strange thing is that IE does
block a genuine pop-up like when I click on a option on
some website but it still lets all the ads come on my
screen.

2) This one is strange enough too. When I open IE, it just
doesn't let me close the last window of the browser. I can
work as long as I want with no probelm but when I try to
end the session it just doesn't let me close the last
window. I end up using task manager every time to shut
dowm IE.

Do any of you face similar problems ? And do you know If
there is some technical support of microsoft where I can
get this issue addressed.

Rgds,

The pop-ups sound like adware such as Save Now! ... that
is definitely a problem for the second link, or
http://www.ad-aware.com works for a lot of stuff.
