IE permissions

An XP(SP2) PC is on a domain. Is it possible to give a normal user all
activex (signed and unsigned) download and execute permissions.

You Could set the Security Zone Level to Low or Possibly Medium-Low. If this
is done for the Trusted or Intranet Zone this is ok, but if you want to do
this for the Internet Zone, this is a MAJOR SECURITY RISK. This will no
doubt allow spyware and adware into the PC if done on the Internet Zone.
