IE Page not found, Outlook works.

Windows XP, Outlook Express sends and receives mail. Norton downloads
updates but IE gives me a page not found. Issue happened after I removed
incredifind.com spamware. Any ideas?

http://members.shaw.ca/techcd/WinsockXPFix.exe
