IE needs to close

Last time I often get a message:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Error signature:
AppName:iexplore.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1106 ModName:jd2002.dll
ModVer:2.6.0.1
Offset:0000b9aa
My system is PIII, RAM 256Mb, WinXP pro. There are firewall and antivirus
programs. (Do not know what else information is needed)
Is there any remedy for the problem?

jd2002.dll is used by:
Justdo software

Hi!
Thanks for your prompt answer! This dll is situated in program files\common
files\justDo. The last is a program to download flash in the web pages.
There is no special class of web pages where this occurs and it is hard to
say how often it occurs. I think that always would be a good approximation
but sometimes I have enough time to read a lot.
Now I used an advice H. Leboeuf gave to somebody from this group: disabled
third- party browser extensions. If it does not work then I will uninstall
the justDo. I will write about the results .
Thank you!

the other information we need is:
what web pages does this occur on for you?
how often?
also try using search and tell me the path you have for this DLL.
This seemes to be a 3rd party DLL causing the error. as I am not seeing this
on a reference XPSP1 box.
try using a spyware removal program such as adaware.
Hope to hear back from you.
