IE memory leaks

Denise

Every time I close out of IE SP1 I get some version of
the following error message:

"The instruction at "0x02ad3780" referenced memory
at "0x02ad3780". The memory could not be "read".

I have read various articles about memory leaks but I
have not found anything to resolve this as of yet. I am
running XP Home Edition with SP1a.

Any help that anyone could offer would be awesome.
Regards
~Denise
