IE loading incorrect link

All of a sudden some web pages are not loading correctly.
But what's worst is that when I load a web page and then
hit a button "say to load a forum or go to an article"
windows explorer loads a totally different web sight. The
one most coming up is something called FAST SEARch.

I have done spywhere scans and even turned the spywhere
program off but it didn't resolve it.
